I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room itself was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the elevator was out of order, forcing us to use the stairs to get to our room.

I was pleased with the hotel's cleanliness, customer service, and affordability. However, my experience with the hotel restaurant was a letdown. Although the food was convenient given the bad weather, it was overpriced and not very tasty. I also encountered some issues with the room, including a clogged sink, low water pressure, and a lack of amenities such as a trash can with a liner. Thankfully, I didn't have to complain, but I'm not sure if these issues would have been addressed if I had.
