“Terrible people all over the stairwell, smoking and doing drugs. I would not stay there again.”

I was told I needed a downstairs room because I had a new replacement service, yet they forced me to walk upstairs with no accountability to help anyone at the hotel. No breakfast, no elevators, and the overall experience was terrible.

The pool closed at 7 pm. The floor was dirty. We had a king bed with 3 tiny paper thin pillows. No coffee pot or ice buckets. There was black mold in several places on the shower curtian. The water pressue was horrible

“Very very very disappointed 😞”

Nothing about that hotel was good 🥺🥺🥺 The fact that it had roaches and I thought I could get a refund made me leave as soon as I checked in; my son and I stayed from 11 August to 20 August, checked out without even going to the front office because we were running late for work, and I will never stay there again—the whole time felt like a sauna, the AC didn’t work, it was the most horrible 9 days ever 😞 I wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone; please do better with this place.

“Staff was nice,facility was not very clean”

The staff were nice, but the room wasn’t very clean, the main attraction was closed, the bed and sheets were dirty, the tub and bathroom floor were dirty, and the corners of the room and bathroom were dirty.

“Shit night / expensive for 100 room”

The AC didn’t work well, there were nasty smells, the restroom/shower looked like a pig bath, towels and toilet paper weren’t new, the only good thing was the TV with internet, and the curtains didn’t cover all the windows.
