“Would not stay again, transferred to this hotel from Acacia to join family will not be doing that”
Location, staff, and size of room. Room itself was wrong from the beginning, internet was flaky in a hotel that promoted business that is unacceptable. Aircon pushed out hot air in the middle of the night. Could not be fixed so was moved at 6am to another room which had working air con and internet. Therefore it was known the original room was not right, and looking back at the first room it only had 3 pillows so was not prepared correctly
