The air conditioning is great, hot and cold water have strong pressure, the screen and garden are lovely, and the hotel is a nice spot to relax before heading to the beach; the location is good because it's not on a busy avenue and there's not much noise. I didn't want to criticize Angélica, but perhaps her cleaning hours were limited; we were asked to leave the room at 11 am to allow cleaning.
