The staff were always available and smiling, breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the room was quiet and very hospitable with a stunning view. The only note I have isn’t really negative – I’m 70 years old, the room was on the third floor without an elevator, but you can get there step by step with satisfaction.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly and always available. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get to the island without any difficulty. The bathroom could use a bit of maintenance.

The staff were kind and fulfilled the few requests we made, but the building feels old and the comfort is minimal; the only real flaw was the bathroom, where the shower was missing and everything got wet.

quick communication via whatsapp; about 5mins to station Napoli Porta Nolana; AC and mini fridge is big +; there is elevator which is good as the apartment is on 6th floor. room is really small for 3 people but we didn’t spend much time there so it wasn’t an issue; it was really humid in the bathroom, had to leave door open while in shower; we couldn’t really understand how to use coffee machine (didnt work for us)

The location is practically next to the bus stop and the view is gorgeous. The building dates back to the 1980s and could use some updates; the shower floor is next to the toilet with only a simple curtain, and the air‑conditioning is only available with an extra charge—a ridiculous request given the current temperatures. Fortunately, the spot helps with nighttime rest thanks to a bit of evening coolness and a quiet, peaceful environment. We still asked for a fan, which was provided free of charge.
