The place is great, with air conditioning in the rooms and excellent soundproofing, especially considering it’s on a busy main street. The downside is that you have to climb many steps because there is no elevator.

The lift for luggage is a plus, but the street party spills into the room and the shower is located in the toilet.

The hotel is well‑situated, the rooms and common areas are clean and well equipped (the outdoor terrace on the top floor is especially appreciated), and the staff are lovely. The room, however, is poorly sound‑proofed against the street‑side restaurants and their music.
