I was disappointed to find that out of two elevators, one was broken for the entire week at a 4‑star hotel—unacceptable.

From the start, we felt very comfortable; the new, modern, and spotless hotel had staff who were exceptionally friendly and warm. Our room was clean and cozy, and we were especially impressed with the wellness area— the treatments were wonderfully relaxing and the salt cave was a great bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and left no room for complaints. We had a wonderful time overall and would gladly return. The only minor criticism was that the dining hall was too spacious for our taste; we prefer a smaller, cozier setting while eating.

Breakfast was very good, the location is fantastic, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are superb. Cleanliness in the rooms could definitely be improved: sand on the lower wardrobe shelves and in the “foyer” shelves, dirty curtains, and the hotel parking is very pricey (unattended).
I’ve stayed here twice, and while the hotel still has great potential, recent management slip‑ups are noticeable; the large pool, jacuzzi, and decent saunas are nice, and breakfast is good, plus it’s close to a beautiful beach in a very peaceful town. However, the broken elevator is a big issue, parking spots are very expensive compared to the cheap local lots, the fish on breakfast look unattractive, the staff seem sad, and the room cleaning feels chaotic.
