The beds felt good and the breakfast was solid, so we slept well in a quiet hotel. However, the carpet next to the AC was damp, giving the room a mildew odor, and the AC itself rattled and gurgled loudly. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch properly, and both the room floor and bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

“Overall - meh”

I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but unfortunately, this recent stay was by far the worst. Our first room on the main floor had several issues right away. One of the beds had a stain and a hair on it. While I initially planned to just use the other bed, I noticed the window lock was completely broken off. Traveling with my daughter, this felt like a major safety concern. Additionally, the room remained incredibly humid even after running the AC. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff could not have been nicer. They immediately moved us to a new room. However, the second room also had maintenance flaws—the deadbolt was missing a screw, and the toilet seat looked damaged, likely from using the wrong type of harsh chemical cleaner. Overall, the customer service here is great and the staff is very accommodating, but the hotel itself is currently below standard.
