The hotel is conveniently located near several highways, but the front desk staff were extremely rude and wouldn't let me change rooms when I mentioned the AC was broken, and one of them even opened my room at 1 A.M. without asking for permission on the first night.

I didn’t mention it, but when I arrived the staff told me the room I’d booked wouldn’t be available until Monday. The location itself was nice.

The price was low, but the building is mostly an apartment complex for workers and long‑term low‑income tenants; during our two‑week stay we had many nights with loud noise from other rooms, were told we had to wash towels ourselves, and our room had a musky smell that never improved even after we complained at the lobby.
