Everything was great, but the Wi‑Fi was awful.

I enjoyed the wide range of activities, the spot was convenient, the restaurant offered a fantastic selection of dishes, and the staff were friendly. However, the room felt uncomfortable, was dark and rather worn out with minimal comfort or design, and the windows looked out onto the street, so the street noise was a problem.

I liked everything: the majestic building, the kind staff, the tasty food – I’m still impressed, thanks.

I was disappointed with Transatlantik Spa & Hotel and would not stay again. The hotel feels old and in need of renovation, there’s a noticeable damp smell inside that hurt my overall impression, and I had a very unpleasant encounter with a spa staff member who was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I reported the incident to Guest Relations right away. Our room was at the very back of the hotel; it took about 10 minutes walking from the pool area to our room, which was very inconvenient, especially when we had to go back and forth several times during the day. The activities were generally boring and not enjoyable, except for the theater shows, which were good. The disco was completely empty during my stay, so if you’re looking for lively nightlife or a good disco, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was a major disappointment – the variety was very limited and some of the meat looked extremely poor in quality. After eating, I felt like I had food poisoning, which made the experience even worse. The beach itself was nice, but it was also about a 10‑minute walk from our room, making it less convenient. Overall, my experience was poor and far below my expectations. The old condition of the hotel, the damp smell, the long distance to the room and beach, the poor food selection, the unpleasant staff experience, and the lack of nightlife all contributed to my negative impression. I would not stay here again. My rating: 3/10.

Everything was great, this was my third time staying at this hotel, but maybe they could offer a few more unique activities.
