The property is in a quiet area, with access to a fully equipped kitchen and a play area for the youngest. I requested early check‑in (sent a few days before arrival, asking for around 8‑9 am), and the request was accepted. Due to circumstances beyond my control we arrived at 11 am. I spoke to the owner, who came to check us in after 30 minutes. Everything was fine until I heard that the acceptance of the request did not guarantee a room at 8 am. Moreover, if we had arrived at 8 am we would still have had to wait until 11 am because the guests who stayed there left at 10 am and the room needed cleaning. It seems the early check‑in request is not meant to guarantee an earlier arrival. Instead of accepting the request, they could have asked to be contacted a day before arrival or in the morning of arrival to confirm whether an earlier arrival was possible. I also asked for a baby crib that wasn’t available, and after a long journey we were too exhausted to keep looking for the owner again.

Cleanliness and service are good, but there was no table in the room to sit and eat or drink coffee.

The location is spot‑on and all the conveniences you could need are right there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the place is quiet, and there’s a spot to store bicycles.
