“Room for improvement. This hotel should charge 5 star prices, but we paid 3 star. Exceptional val”
This hotel's got some great qualities - the rooms are really nice and the art on the walls is impressive. But, my experience was pretty marred by the check-in staff, who seemed to completely ignore me and only spoke to my coworker, even when I asked them to communicate with me directly. The room itself had some quirks, like a toilet with no door (you can close it off with two sliding doors, but it's a bit ridiculous) and night lights that were way too bright and couldn't be turned off.
