Nice place and it didn’t flood even during heavy rain. But there were a lot of roaches, the air‑con unit looked unsafe and needed edge covering, and there was no coffee table.

The location was convenient, especially because it’s close to Blumentritt and España, and the price was very reasonable—under ₱1,000 for two people. The room was a bit cramped, so it might not suit those who dislike tight spaces, it was also quite dark, and we spotted a small cockroach next to the bed, which was unpleasant.
“Disgusting”
A disgusting place full of rats and cockroaches. We stayed only one night and it was horrible. There were countless cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was so filthy that we avoided it entirely. We reported the problem to the receptionist, but she just laughed. In short, you’d be better off sleeping on the street than staying in this dump.
