The pool is awesome and I love the hotel’s location, plus the free breakfast is great, but the housekeeping won’t clean your room unless you give a 24‑hour notice, the tiki bar shut early for no reason, the air in our room barely worked, our ceiling was sagging, and on the last day we found white paint and other mess on the floor after we got up.

The location is good, aside from the ongoing construction, but the room smelled moldy from the air conditioner and it needs a thorough update and deep cleaning.

I asked for a beach view and got a room across from the beach, but the balcony faced a construction site; I was supposed to get a room right on the beach, not across the street, I paid for three nights, left after two, got no refund, and will never use this service again.

The location was perfect, but the room felt a bit dated and needed repairs, breakfast was okay but the food wasn’t very hot, and although it’s a non‑smoking property we found a cigarette butt floating in the lazy river.
