Tasha and Brianna were amazing—always smiling, treating everyone like VIPs even when the lobby was crowded and they were juggling room tours. To the owner, invest in these two; they're rare gems. My only hiccups were with the first room and a minor issue in the room they moved me to, but the friendly attitude made everything work out. As someone with over 12 years in hotel management, I can say that a kind, helpful team can fix most problems.
