“Luxury hotel in Dublin.”
Breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were warm, kind, and prompt. The water and chocolates were a nice touch.

The staff were very well‑mannered and helpful, especially Derrek. The lighting in the rooms and corridors was very dark.

The hotel and room were gorgeous, with great amenities and a lovely spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we didn’t get a turn‑down service in our room, which is a minor quibble for me.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect for us, just across the road from the theatre where we watched a musical that night. The room was extremely clean and we even got a free upgrade. The pool, gym, and spa were great. I can’t fault anything about our stay.

The location is amazing. During breakfast I found a hair in the eggs I ordered, and while I understand mistakes happen, I was disappointed by the handling of the issue. A fruit plate sent to my room with a thank‑you note does not reflect the seriousness of the problem; I would have expected a more formal apology.
