The place feels authentically local, the rooms are brand new, and the bathroom is gorgeous; it offers all the comforts you’d expect, though the brick style on the floor might give a slightly unclean impression if you think it isn’t washable, which is part of its charm; the pool is beautiful with a great view, and we felt completely welcome.

A fantastic apartment with secure parking that really shows character inside and out; we relaxed by the lovely pool with stunning views in the afternoons and strolled around Assisi & Spello in the evenings, and there were no complaints at all.
