Everything was kind, welcoming, with breakfast in the room at no extra cost, and all the conveniences of the city. The Duomo metro is about 100 m away, and the start of the city is amazing – highly recommended.

The room was tidy, clean, and had all the snacks you could ask for; it sits conveniently near the train station and piazzas. I couldn't find anything to dislike as long as your expectations are reasonable.
