“Kecewa . Kamar mandi juga kotorrr”
The photos didn’t match what we got; the app only offered two family rooms and a standard one. There were no tea, coffee, hot water or slippers.
The room and bathroom were spotless, which I really liked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was only big enough for two cars, and the lower lot was too steep for my car to drive in.
