The location was great, yet the room felt rather dark and gloomy. Breakfast was served à la carte rather than buffet, and we had to wait a long time before anyone came to bring the food; only one dish was offered for choice, and it was very disappointing.

The reception staff were fantastic. This was our first stop after a long and miserable journey, and the friendly staff totally revived me. They immediately gave me recommendations to their favourite coffee spots, and what restaurants and foods to try as a vegetarian. The facilities were excellent. Reception has a little coffee and water station set up which was super convenient. There is a restaurant downstairs that was handy for an early breakfast. And the location is perfect for tourists. The hotel itself is very cool looking, and the room was immaculate

Great location, quiet, staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and stylish, little treats like a welcome drink, a tiny boutique shop; the only downside is the lack of a view because the room faces an inner courtyard.
