“One of my favourite stays in Asia — peaceful, beautiful, and made unforgettable by an exceptional team.”
I stayed at Hillocks Hotel & Spa for 20 days, and it truly became one of my favorite stops while traveling through Asia. The hotel has a very special atmosphere: peaceful, beautiful, surrounded by nature, yet perfectly located in Siem Reap. What really set it apart was the staff—extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my entire stay. After almost three weeks, it really started to feel like home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Honestly, there is very little I can say here. My overall experience was excellent, and after staying for 20 days I would happily come back.
“Just lovely, can’t wait to come back!”
The design is great and the place is quiet.
“It would have been so much better if the owners gave any thought to the people who come to stay.”
interesting buidings and physical layout. I have a breathing problem and this is not a place for anyone who does because there is no where on the property that does not present the need to climb stairs. The AC did not work from 10 pm until i checked out. while it was not an issue for me it could have been for others. Also there was no information in the room about the room, TV just said no signal when i called the front desk they sent three people to start up the TV and to tell me there were no english channels or direct access to the internet, Internet login (when i called the front desk they treated me like i was an child because there was no password)information login etc. all this waste of people and time could have been handled with a simple information sheet left in each room. When the three people came to the room one of them informed me that if i wanted hot water that i would need to rund the water for approx 2 minutes. again something that could have been handled with a room info sheet
The staff’s attention and the breakfast are appreciated.
“Increíble opción en Siem Riep”
The value for money is 10. The breakfast is very complete and varied. The pool is amazing, great for relaxing after visiting Angkor Wat. Nothing else.
