“Excellent”
The owner tried to solve a problem with a plug for a PC, and his best efforts were highly appreciated. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t offered on site.
“Tutto perfetto, oltre le aspettative.”
The place’s location is excellent, central and convenient to services. Cleanliness is meticulous and the interiors are new. The host was very kind and very helpful with our requests. Parking is nearby and the property is easily reachable on foot. A plus is the kitchen on the top floor, available to all guests, new and well‑equipped with everything needed. The room is small, but with a bit of organization the space is still livable without any difficulty.
The manager’s ability and speed in handling unexpected situations were impressive. The location, cleanliness, and shared kitchen were also good. Nothing to add.
The location, cleanliness, bedding quality, and room organization were all perfect for a short‑term stay. However, being on a street with a few bars and cafés, the room was poorly sound‑proofed and remained noisy even with the windows closed.
“Bel locale, centrale e vicinissimo al parcheggio appena fuori alla ZTL”
The location is perfect, the place is spotless and has been recently renovated. The shared kitchen is very convenient. The room is just a little small.
