The staff were great, everything was very good—well connected, close to many services, clean, comfortable and pleasant. The best part was the manager’s friendliness: attentive, approachable, and kind. We’ll definitely come back!

Joseph was incredibly helpful when our Rome flight got cancelled and we had to check in way after the scheduled time; his local knowledge was a huge help with public transport, and he was warm and welcoming—definitely the place I'll choose next time I’m back in Rome. The rooms could use a bit more space.
