“Filthy and mosquito infested”
The location was somewhat convenient near the MTA and for visiting places like the Museum of Fine Arts and taking transportation to hikes up north. Wifi worked okay. I had minimal and pleasant enough interaction with staff so that was fine; this seems more like a management issue. This was the worst motel, definitely not a hotel, I have ever stayed in. I paid way over because of the holiday, so maybe that changed my expectations or they have fake reviews. The hotel is mosquito infested, even if you kill the ones in your room, there is a large gap under the door they can keep getting in through, the room reeked of mildew, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and sewage, it had rips in the wallpaper, stains and visible grime everywhere, the towels and linens were riddled with holes, there were hairs that were clearly different length, color and texture than mine, breakfast was not provided (I wouldn't trust the hygiene if it were).
