“I would not stay at this hotel again for the price charged. Room was noisy from I-25 traffic.”

The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice. The hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained with reading lights with no bulbs (electrical hazard?), inadequate amenities, chipped paint, and no light blocking curtain. The pool was small and cold, and some gym equipment was out of order. An exposed phone connection in the bathroom - seriously?

This was advertised as a smoke‑free hotel, yet one of the rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the curtains had many moth holes.

The staff were friendly and check‑in was easy, and the room was a good size. The highway noise was loud, and the hotel room doors slammed heavily; they should close more smoothly.
