The location was fine, but the AC stopped working and when I told the front desk they just said they’d inform management but couldn’t help. The room stayed at 80° and my kids were miserable; we couldn’t relax or enjoy the space. The room was filthy, with junk everywhere and the fridge’s exterior covered in black socks from my kids walking around. I’ll never stay here again.

The rooms were clean, but room 109 was next to staff rooms and had a lot of noise.
