Breakfast was fine, but I didn’t understand why someone next to me could have their dog in the restaurant. Pets are allowed in the dining area while eating, and the bed mattresses feel a little outdated, so I rate this 9.0/10.

The view of the surrounding mountains. And the wonderful customer service that we received. Food court was amazing. The rooms are very outdated. The air conditioner made a lot of noise, made a complaint they try to fix it, but still very loud and they could not move us to a different room because the entire hotel was booked. And moving to a different room but a downgraded our original reservation room. I understand that this property is pet friendly, but they should centrally locate rooms on the bottom floor designated to pets only. Had a dog barking at 6 o’clock in the morning. Very annoying. on the third (3rd) floor. For the amount of money that was paid definitely deserves a better stay

The front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, but the facilities feel outdated and the rooms and common areas need a refurbishment.
