The flat was spotlessly clean. We booked it last minute, just two hours before check‑in, and it was still immaculate. There’s no kitchen, but the owner set up a makeshift drinks area with a fridge, kettle, and supplied tea, coffee, sugar, cups, and glasses. The bathroom came with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash. It’s a quiet area with a lovely walk into Ullapool, and we were very impressed. Thanks for letting us in so late on the arrival date.

The apartment is clean and pleasant. Even though it’s clearly marked “no kitchen,” it’s a bit disappointing for such a large apartment; there’s a kettle and coffee/tea, wooden spoons, but no kitchen area, even a small one. There are stairs, and it should be noted that there are stairs – without help I wouldn’t have been able to access the accommodation.

Clean. We were warned there was no kitchen, but there was not even a plate and a glass to stop us from eating on site even though the room is there, which is inconvenient. Also we were forced to undo the beds even though we paid for cleaning, and there are posters saying “no” everywhere from the landing.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, you have to pay extra for cleaning and you’re asked to strip the sheets off the beds and take the rubbish out. The property would also benefit from having a microwave.
