The hotel's beach and pool area were a highlight, but the staff's unfriendly demeanor and subpar breakfast service left much to be desired.

While the hotel's pool and staff were major highlights, the small room and poor bathroom facilities were significant drawbacks. The reviewer appreciated the pool's spaciousness and the staff's attentiveness, but the room's cramped quarters and lack of reliable Wi-Fi were major disappointments.
