The room was clean with nice furnishings, yet the high price of $401 for a Saturday night in October was a poor value, especially since breakfast wasn’t included; the front‑desk staff were unfriendly, poorly communicative, and sometimes rude, showing no interest in pleasing guests.

Nothing stood out positively, and when we arrived we had to wait because there was no staff available; it was very expensive for what we received.

The beds were comfortable. 1. Not easy to find your way around inside. 2. Difficult to find the laundry room 3. Once the laundry room was found I had to wait to wash my clothes. Two loads lasted from 9:30 pm until midnight. You need at least 2 washers and dryers (chairs would be nice so you wouldn’t have to leave your laundry while washing/drying) 4. This is the most upsetting one! In a party of four some were charged for breakfast and others ate free. There were a few other things but I think I’ve said enough
