The location was decent, but the room had a disgusting all‑over carpet that was worn and dirty, and it felt very cramped. There were no facilities at all. Breakfast was terrible—there wasn’t even a toaster, and we barely had anything other than toast bread. We ended up buying breakfast at the café because it was that bad.

Convenient location, but the service quality this time ruined all the positives. After many years of great stays, I've never seen rooms in such terrible condition. The first room I was given was outright dirty, so I had to ask the reception to move me. The second room had the same problem, indicating a systemic cleaning issue. In the tea area, the electric kettle had a red crust with rust stains—unsafe to use. Dust accumulated on surfaces and the tray. In the bathroom, the tap and the shampoo shelf in the shower were covered in thick lime and soap scum, and there was a cloudy white deposit at the bottom of a glass cup. The TV remote and the landline phone were dusty, sticky, and covered in grime. By the second complaint I had no energy left—just disappointed. It's a shame that a once-loved hotel has fallen so far in cleanliness and service.

The room was fine and well situated close to the train station and within walking distance of the old part of the city where most attractions are. The staff was very positive; when I called to ask if I could keep my reservation in case I missed my arrival, they were helpful—my flight was diverted but I finally arrived on time. The room layout wasn’t ideal; the desk and chair were too close together, so I could barely sit and use my computer. Cleaning needs more attention, especially in rarely used areas—my bag was dirty when I put it in one of the wardrobes.

The hotel is an economy class option, located in a good spot in the old town near the train station, and you can walk to Gedimino pr. The breakfast is hearty and the service is excellent. The only issue was the very poor sound insulation in room 224.
