We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The customer care stood out most; the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, treating us with great courtesy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. We especially loved the rooftop—it was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely return.

The service was simply excellent; the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the city, and it had everything needed. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a tasty fruit plate and the room was upgraded with a complimentary breakfast without me asking. The staff were very courteous and welcoming, which was key to an outstanding experience. It is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. I highly recommend it. Nothing was lacking; everything was amazing.
