“We enjoyed the location and convenience of the hotel relative to UC Berkeley and would stay again.”

The location is very convenient to BART, the UC Berkeley campus, grocery stores, and restaurants. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had windows on Shattuck Avenue, which we liked, but some might find it too noisy. We liked having the AC at night so that we could close the windows. There is no parking lot, but luckily we have a resident friend who was able to get us a guest parking permit in the neighborhood. There were a few quirky things about the room, like none of the clocks were set correctly and the shower configuration allowed water to get on the floor if you weren't careful. Wifi availability was also sporadic in our room

Location fantastic, many restaurants, grocery, near UC Berkeley. The rug under the bed could use a refresh

“A charming hotel! I enjoyed short stay that I wish could have been longer.”

The spot was spot‑on, the hotel and its bistro had a charming vibe, and the staff were very accommodating and kind. Nothing to complain about.
