Everything was very nice, but the portions were tiny and the prices high; I wondered if the chef ate the food himself, and I was still hungry after a 165‑minute wait for a single dish.

The breakfast was good, but the price was too high.

Service was great during a busy festival weekend, the food was decent, and the room was large and clean; everyone on staff was efficient and friendly. However, there was a lot of noise from downstairs because we were one floor above the reception/restaurant, and the hotel’s attractive design made it echo. Breakfast was even prepared at 4:30.

The people were really warm and approachable, and the location and setting were perfect, but the service timings were unacceptable—room‑service orders arrived slowly, towel replacement was delayed (there should have been spare towels instead of washing the same ones and making guests wait), and pre‑bookings didn’t offer discounts. Otherwise, the experience was superb.

The location was ideal for being in the city, but the price was higher.
