The rooms were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were large with techy fixtures, free laundry with soap, and breakfast was super elaborate and varied; the location was close to everything, the metro, and a busy street, but almost no one spoke English—while not a huge issue thanks to the tech, having menus in English would help.

The laundry room is self‑served, and we could check washer and dryer availability right from the TV in our room. No complaints.

This hotel won me over with its amazing staff and everything else was great too. No complaints here, just a really positive stay.

The hotel's got a great location and the breakfast was good, but that's where the positives end. Every day, there were construction works going on, which meant constant noise. To make matters worse, the staff didn't speak a word of English, which made things pretty difficult.
