The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. The location is awesome, the rooftop is great, and both dinner and breakfast were fabulous. They arranged a driver to take us from Tetouan airport and then a taxi to the bus stop for Fes, which was much appreciated. No complaints.

The location was amazing - right in the heart of the medina The whole riad was beautifully decorated An excellent breakfast was provided on the terrace with great homemade pastries, spreads, bread and choice of eggs The terrace area provided great views over the medina Room was a decent size They provided someone to help with our luggage both ways to taxis which was great. We arrived at 3.45 from Fes after a long journey and our rooms weren't ready - despite them knowing what time we were due to arrive and it being after the 3pm check in time

The property is beautiful, the staff very helpful, the room was really comfortable and roomy, breakfast was good, and you’re close to everything. Everything was good.
