I was assigned a cheaper room even though the owner had booked me into a pricier one, and when I tried to call her she simply ignored my calls.

The owner should get a business phone because getting in touch with the staff is a nightmare; the location is terrible because the address listed on the booking site leads nowhere near the guest house, and after calling repeatedly I finally got a response only after an hour from the owner.
