The Parador de Cuenca offers luxurious relaxation with views of the famous hanging houses. Housed in a former convent, it combines historical architecture with contemporary touches. The hotel features an interior patio, outdoor swimming pool, on-site gym, and sauna. Its restaurant serves traditional Cuencan cuisine. Located opposite the hanging houses, it provides stylish and comfortable accommodation in historical Cuenca.

The location was perfect, right above the Ponte di San Pablo and just steps from the Casas Colgadas and the historic centre with the Cathedral; the building is spacious. The room was large and fairly comfortable, with a spectacular view. The bathroom had a bidet (very rare!!!), excellent Wi‑Fi, and a varied, good breakfast. There is a private parking lot. The parking is not inside the building; it’s very close but the ramp forces you to handle luggage differently than in the parking. The shower is awkwardly placed inside the bathtub. The air conditioning doesn’t adjust immediately. The staff were courteous but nothing more. The price is a bit high.

The location is top, with a perfect panoramic view, excellent service in every respect, a quiet setting in an old monastery, superb culinary quality, and a great starting point for the old town or hiking trails!

The location was very good, close to the old part of Cuenca. The full breakfast was great. The terrace in the middle of the hotel was very pretty and the staff were friendly. The pool had very few beds for the number of people that were there when I visited.

The location was great, but I felt the restaurant staff were rushed, even though the food was very good.
