I was the only last guest for the season but I was well-taken care of, even still prepared the bath every evening and drove me to the station and luggage delivery! Not much snow but I was on time to enjoy the sakura trees blooming 🌸 Makes me wish I brought a souvenir to share too!. The nearest convenience stores are like 30 minutes walk away, so prepare accordingly. There are also only stairs in case you have big luggages

I relaxed in the room and enjoyed the large, clean bath, but the dinner could have offered a wider selection.

The owner clearly explained nearby transport options and even took us to the main bus terminal, which I really appreciated.

The location was decent, close to ski lifts but distant from other amenities; the restaurant meals were overpriced and small, my back ached nightly from the bed, the room felt cramped, and the owner insisted we eat in our rooms daily instead of the common area outside the restaurant.

The price was good and the location excellent, but the bathroom was a shared traditional Japanese style.
