Definitely. The terrace service was awful: they ran out of the drinks we ordered, the bottles we asked for were missing, and 40 minutes later they told us they had gone to fetch them. I asked for a Cuba Libre with my partner, and it took 40 minutes to arrive. The lack of stock, the slow service, and the overall attitude caused many guests to leave early, which is the main complaint, but everything else about the hotel was great.
