The place and the view are beautiful! The staff were very kind. The thermal water, the sauna, and the spa were great, and it’s especially noteworthy that after the beach closed, guests could still use the thermal pool at night. Breakfast was tasty and we had no problem with the quantity. In the room you have to wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot. The breakfast bar was tasty, but very monotonous, especially if you’re staying for several days. The staff were very kind, but the boss spoke to us in an unreasonably harsh tone. We brought a blanket because of the comments, but it would be great if the hotel had it available. The indoor buffet was only open, with limited drink options, especially we missed short drinks.

The breakfast was very sparse, but the bistro served a delicious paraszt csorba. The pool water was clean. Nobody told us whether breakfast would be served by the pool or in the bistro, so we had to ask. When I pointed out that it would have been nice to be notified, the receptionist said, “They don’t know where it will be.” On the first day we received a meager breakfast: two sausages, three small slices of cheese and ham that were very thin, three slices of salami, a small omelette, half a tomato, a triangular piece of cheese, and jam. The second day the Swedish buffet was the same as the previous day and just as poor; we missed fruit, yogurt, and there was only fruit tea. In the locker room the clothes rack isn’t replaced daily, which is disappointing. The heater in the room was extremely noisy.

The staff were very friendly and the place was spotless. My only suggestion would be to provide a cloak for guests.

“Jobbra számitottunk”

The location and the room were excellent. The thermal water wasn’t warm enough, and the sauna door was jammed; every time we opened or closed it felt like it might break. The breakfast was also very poor.
