This place is absolutely fantastic; the rooms are brilliant, the staff are superb, and the location is as good as it gets, watching the wildlife from your balcony. Highly recommend the game drive and boat safari. Our guide, Matthews, is magnificent; his knowledge and friendly manner is priceless, and he worked so hard to make sure we saw everything we want. Can't wait to go back. Nothing, it was perfect.

The views of the river were stunning, but getting here was a nightmare. There's no clear signage, and our GPS didn't help much. We ended up getting lost in a muddy parking area that was more like a swamp. To top it off, the prices were way too high for the service we received. We were charged upfront for meals, but some items on the menu weren't even available. And if you miss your scheduled mealtime, forget about getting a refund.

Our room was a real treat, with its spacious layout and stunning view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We also loved that the boat tour and safari started right from the hotel. The whole complex was clean and tastefully decorated, but the only downside was that we could only book full-board, which would have been better if we could have opted for half-board instead.
