I stayed in what turned out to be a dorm, not a hotel, and the name was wrong on the booking site. I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor and pay extra for a bath towel. The bathroom and toilet were only available at scheduled times, making it hard to use them, especially since they were shared with other guests. A cobweb was hanging from the window and the overall cleanliness was poor.
