I wish there were some glasses available in the room.

I stayed alone and everything matched the photos: the room was comfortable, well‑ventilated, and bright, with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi‑Fi. It felt very clean, and the bathroom had plenty of soap and fabric softener. The hotel is in a great spot with easy access to the city’s main sites and public transport, including buses and trams. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the digital system. The only downside was that the reception was almost empty, lacking more staff.

The hotel is modern and well‑located, but the room is small, though still functional.

The place is centrally located and completely silent at night, with no car noise. However, it isn’t a hotel at all—there’s no reception or restaurant, just rooms separated by a plaster wall with no acoustic insulation, which suggests it used to be residential. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms: TV, phone conversations, snoring. The bathrooms were tiny, at least the one I stayed in. I always bring high‑quality earplugs because this is a common issue, especially for business travelers who are looking for cheap rates. We’ve had to find rooms for under 100 euros a night almost every week for work. On Tuesday the 13th at Hotel Silken Vitoria, the price was 250 euros; on Thursday the 15th it was 96 euros. What a mess.
