One of the best stays we've had so far in Sri Lanka! The rooms are freshly renovated, spotless and fresh, the bed is very comfortable, the AC works well and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast is absolutely amazing—huge and tasty! We also got a free shuttle to the bus station. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was new and clean, the continental breakfast was generous and could even be taken to go for early departures. The air conditioning and Wi‑Fi were fine. The room was small with tight spaces. The property is near the owners' decaying house, on a wide unnamed road, and a car is needed for any travel. Local construction is ongoing and outdoor space is almost nonexistent.

The breakfast was great, the staff were very nice and attentive with good recommendations. They came to pick us up for free at the bus station and let us access the room early.

The place is in a great spot for exploring the city, and the hosts are friendly. Breakfast was very good and varied, the AC worked and there was hot water, so overall it was good value for money. On the downside, the room faces the street, so it can be noisy at night, and there’s mold on the walls in several corners.
