Conveniently positioned on the edge of town, the hotel’s location is handy whenever I head to Lumut, and parking is close by and within walking distance. The room was adequate even though it was small. However, the latest visit left me disappointed with the toilet’s cleanliness—stains and build‑up on the tiles and faucets were noticeable.

The place is clean, which is a plus. The TV, though, was broken and didn’t turn on.

Leaving. Dishonest man at reception. Charged me 3 different tourist taxes one of which did not exist. Tried to put me in a lower grade of room than I paid for. Rooms not maintained, TV did not work, bedside light did not work, bathroom disgusting
