How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was pleasant, and Mr Paolo was extremely courteous, greeting us and giving us a free upgrade to a better room. The property is well adapted to travelers’ needs with parking, quietness, and comfort, making it a useful reference point.

Nothing positive. The room was large, but the cleanliness was appalling. We arrived at night and found a room infested with what we thought were termites, plus droppings on beams too large to be insects. All the upper‑floor beams and wooden furniture were full of holes. Because it was late, we stayed for the night, but woke up with many bites—maybe mosquitoes or another insect. After the trip, we informed the owner to arrange a de‑infestation, and he replied that they were not termites but a type of wood beetle. This suggests he knew the room was in that condition and still chose to host guests. I told him it was unacceptable, and he responded rudely, accusing me of trying to take advantage. I’m surprised anyone would say it’s fantastic, especially since the photos are outdated and the building is in a sorry state.

The proximity to the train station for Milan and the surrounding cafés is convenient, the environment is calm, and there’s parking in the courtyard. The room is spacious. The old air‑conditioning unit is not very effective.

The hotel doesn’t look great and sits in a crowded, not‑so‑nice neighbourhood; it doesn’t look very nice from the outside. The area itself wasn’t very pleasant.

Apartament zlokalizowany w obiekcie historycznym, o ciekawej architekturze, przestronne pokoje i łazienka, czysto, samochód pod oknami na podwórzu. Brak czajnika i kompletu szklanek. Brakuje takiego podstawowego wyposażenia, szczególnie jak jest się po długiej podróży
