We were picked up by one of the owners outside the airport, who was friendly and helpful. Inside the gate we found orange trees, blooming plants, a 28‑year‑old cat, and a cozy patio. The room (with kettle, cups, and glasses) was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a good shower and a fridge. The hosts explained how to reach the beach (an amazing stretch of sand), restaurants, grocery store, and bakery, and offered to pick us up at the restaurant. On the departure day they stopped by the bakery before driving us to the correct departure area at the airport and told us where to go. A great experience. The only things we wished for were a mosquito net on the door and a microwave oven for longer stays.

I was picked up by Elvira at the train station after a long journey, and she made my arrival a breeze. She sent clear instructions in a text and was waiting right as I stepped off the train. Together with Paola, they welcomed me into their lovely courtyard and property, showing me how to reach the beach and where to grab a bite. They’re wonderful hosts.

Elvira and Paola were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the linens felt brand new. The beach and restaurants are close by, making it a great place to stay.
