The location is close to the university. The TV wasn’t working – the plug pin was broken – and bugs appeared frequently. The room wasn’t cleaned regularly; for example, the rubbish bin was not emptied.

The staff were really friendly, which was a great start to my stay. However, when I arrived, my room hadn't been cleaned, which was a bit of a shock. But when I mentioned it to the staff, they quickly got to work and cleaned it up.

The hotel was just okay, I guess. It was nothing special, but it was fine for a short stay. That's about it, really.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the shower in my room - it was one of the best I've had in a while. However, finding a parking spot was a nightmare and I ended up having to park a few blocks away.
