The room was very large. The property is nice, but breakfast was a mess: the first morning they ran out of coffee, forks, and pastries; the next morning forks were still missing, eggs for fried eggs and egg whites were gone, pastries were scarce, and yogurt was gone. They should restock the day before; it seemed they needed another person. The gentleman was trying his best but couldn’t keep up.

The location is easy to find, very close to the airport, and there’s security in the parking lot at night. The breakfast serving time should be extended.

We always choose this place when flying out of Nashville because it’s a hidden gem; the rooms are large with kitchenettes and the staff are efficient, kind and courteous. Leaving your car and taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport saves the expense and hassle of airport parking. Another bonus is the restaurant across the street called Darfon's, where the food and atmosphere are great. The hotel pool looks like a resort pool too, even though we’ve never used it.

The hotel is close to the airport, the staff are courteous, the free airport shuttle is convenient, the breakfast is freshly cooked, and the room is spacious. However, the booking chat was not very responsive and I didn’t know how to book the airport shuttle.
